Opening an Account
De’ Medici Italian Fine Linen is available to the trade only. To qualify for an account, you must be a retailer
or design professional in the home furnishings, decorative accessories, or hospitality industries. Once we
have approved your application, you will receive your account and website login information. Please call 800.532.7089 to open an account.
Ordering Procedures
Our minimum opening order and re-order amount is $250. Orders under the minimum are subject to a
$25 fee. There is no minimum order requirement for fabric, trimming, down and poly inserts, and sales
material orders.
There are several ways to place an order:

- FAX: Send the order directly to our factory via fax at 800.998.3278.
- WEB: Visit EasternAccents.com and log in to place an order online.
Terms
We accept pre-paid checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For Net 30 terms (available to Stocking
dealers only), submit at least three trade references with your business banking information via fax or mail. Credit approval takes approximately two weeks.
Shipping
Our standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks for bedding and accessories, and approximately 1 week for in-stock
fabrics and trimmings (FOB Chicago). For domestic ground delivery orders, shipping costs are automatically
calculated based on dimensions, weight, shipping method, and destination. We will add 7% to all prepaid orders
for freight charges and will accommodate drop-ship requests for a $15 fee (shipping charges for fabrics and
trimmings, inserts, and sales material may be calculated differently). If your ship-to address is outside the
continental U.S., please call for a price quote.
Return Policy
When items are in original condition, de' Medici Italian Fine Linen accepts authorized returns within 10 days of receipt.
Prior to returning merchandise, please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number, which
is required for all returns. Please note we will charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns received after the
10-day grace period. We do not accept products that have been damaged or show signs of wear and tear. Custom
items are non-returnable.

De’ Medici Italian Fine Linen is happy to assist you in customizing our products. To place a custom order, complete a Custom
Worksheet from the back of this price list and fax it to 800.998.3278. You may also download worksheets from our website on the Custom page. Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Pillow Inserts
Unless otherwise noted, de’ Medici Italian Fine Linen pillows and cases do not include inserts. Down and poly pillow forms, as well as down and poly comforters, are available on our website under Inserts.
Quality
De’ Medici Italian Fine Linen fabrics are woven in Italy using the finest 100% Egyptian cotton. The collections
feature yarn-dyed jacquards in signature colors and piece-dyed plain sateens in ten shades. Solid sateens are
available in both Luxe (600 thread count) and Classic (300 thread count) variations. Linen and other natural fibers may have variations in texture and color.
Product Care
We recommend that de’ Medici Italian Fine Linen be machine-washed in a front-loading machine. Machine
wash in warm water using color- and fragrance-free detergent. Tumble dry on low for a few minutes and then
iron. For best results, use a spray bottle with water as opposed to the iron’s steam feature.
Due to the chemical processes, dry cleaning and bleaching are not recommended. Also, please note that de’
Medici Italian Fine Linen, as with most products made of natural fibers, has a tendency to shrink 4-6%.
